Use 15 minutes after removing from the freezer, on clean skin with a previously applied oil/serum or mask.
Prepare your lymph glands by massaging them (at the base of the neck and at the collarbones)
1. Start at the forehead, smoothing from the center outward, making upward movements at the frown line.
2. Smooth from the frown line, along the eyebrow line, then, smoothing just below the eyebrow as if to raise it and smooth to the temple.
3. Decongest the eye contour area by massaging under the eye, from the inside to the outside, then, by making small pumping movements, from the inside to the outside of the eye by smoothing up to the temples.
4. To sculpt the cheekbones, massage by passing under the cheekbone as if to sculpt it then finish by smoothing up to the ears
5. Go down to the cheeks and make long smoothing strokes up to the ears and then to the oval of the face to sculpt, passing under the chin and smoothing up to the ears with the V part of the Gua Sha.
6. Finish the drainage by going down to the neck, smoothing from the bottom of the ears to the bottom of the neck. (Repeat 5 to 10 times.)
