Delivery and Return

If there are delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, the carrier or any other third party, contact our Customer Service Team and we will assist you. If there is a substantial delay you may end the contract and ask for refund.

We deliver to the countries listed on the Online Store, subject to our absolute discretion, (“International Delivery Destinations”). However there are restrictions on some goods for certain International Delivery Destinations, so please review the information on the Online Store carefully before ordering goods.

If you order goods from the Online Store for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict their amount.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

If you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Service team and have your receipt and order number ready with you. We will ensure to investigate the cause immediately.

In case of receipt of damaged, defective or not as ordered items, please report the same immediately to our Customer Service Team on the day of delivery. We are happy to offer a refund in Store Credit which will be valid for 6 months or exchange on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. Sale items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged.

In addition to our returns policy you have the legal right to cancel your order if your order has not yet been processed, you may cancel your order by logging into my account. If your order has been processed and handed over for dispatch your order falls under the returns policy stated above. Please see the cancellation right section in our terms and conditions.
